I was recommended to the Creative Director leading this incredibly complex and time critical digital project, to help recruit and build a dedicated design and artworking team that could deliver best in class creative, targeted content, detailed guidelines, brand assets and templates as well as supporting material and technical instruction to the wider digital team as and when needed. Alongside designing many of the assets myself, I built a bespoke online filing system that all stakeholders could upload work to following my detailed instructions for naming and categorising the content needed for the backend CMS system and ultimately the front end mobile and desktop apps.
I also worked closely with the UI and UX teams, organising the creative once approved, problem solving any issues as that arose, testing and ensuring content graphics for new and exclusive programming as well as archived historical films was all delivered to the correct specifications for the platform.
